At RR Institute, we strive to provide quality education and services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

Course Fee Refunds

Visa Consultancy Refunds

• Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun
• Government visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• If visa is rejected, consultancy fees will not be refunded, but we will provide guidance for reapplication

Refund Process

1. Submit a written refund request to our office or email
2. Include your enrollment details and reason for cancellation
3. Refund requests will be processed within 15-20 business days
4. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
5. Bank transfer fees, if any, will be borne by the student

Non-Refundable Items

• Registration and processing fees
• Study materials and books once issued
• Examination and certification fees
• Government fees for visa applications

Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, students may opt to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of enrollment. Transfer is subject to availability and approval by the institute.

Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation must be provided.

Institute's Right to Cancel

RR Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch.
